The Motorola Edge 20 has the same OLED panel and 108MP main shooter but replaces with an 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. The Edge 20 Lite is connected to a 6.7-inch OLED camera and a 108MP main camera.

The cell phone is powered by a different chipset, the Edge 20 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset combined with 12GB of RAM and has 256GB of storage, while the Edge 20 is powered by the Snapdragon 778G and has 6GB RAM – 128GB. The Edge 20 Lite version is equipped with the Dimensity 720 chipset, 6GB RAM – 128GB.

For battery capacity, the Lite version is superior, with a capacity of 5,000mAh, this version has a larger battery capacity and supports 30W charging. You will find a 4500 mAh battery on Motorola Edge 20 Pro while the regular version supports a battery of 4000 mAh, well this two phone also come with fast charging feature.

The cell phone runs Android 11 and all three phones support the Ready For PC interface which provides a traditional desktop-like appearance when connected to an external monitor.

Interestingly enough, Motorola will only bring one Android version update and only two years of software support. So, most of the users don’t keep their phone for more than two years although this is definitely a controversial statement compared to other smartphone brands.

All three phones will be available in August and will eventually spread across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Motorola has not announced any plans to bring the phone to the US at this time.
